Many people struggle with obesity trying to lose weight with absolutely no positive results. The reason is that their bodies are so malnourished that they can not. When the body is free of unnatural consumptions and in the habit of the correct amounts of sleep energy levels rise. Now is the time to get plenty of physical activity so weight lose begins naturally, as the body regulates its self. After about 90 days if a person is still having problems with hunger and weight loss, they must explore the following very personal reasons.

Some physical reasons: amino acids and enzymes, sugar in the blood and diet, hormone imbalances, lack of exercise, organ malfunctions, cellular diseases, yeast infection, medications, allergies, sodium, vitamin deficiency

Some mental reasons: bipolar medications, addictions to certain foods, dislike of raw foods

Some social reasons: fast food lifestyle - buffet eating - ethnic food preparations; party hardy

Some economic reasons: lack of time to cook and prepare a healthy diet, lack of money to purchase fresh foods, lack of timely medical care
