The Reason Why You Can't Lose Weight
Posted by admin in Prescription Obesity Drugs, Weight Loss on April 21st, 2009
Many people struggle with obesity trying to lose weight with absolutely no positive results. The reason is that their bodies are so malnourished that they can not. After time their health is so declined that they have very little chance to accomplish their daily chores and financial goals. Leaving them filling like it is a waste of their time to make more attempts at dieting. The result is more weight gain and even less energy to take care of their self.
The public is no help with all their products to eat, drink, and swallow. Many of the ingredients of these products, where never intended by God to be consumed or used by humans or animals. To make matters worse our government has permitted the food and drug administration to approve the use of these products and drugs. Either over the counter or by Dr. Prescription it does not matter as to why or how they enter the body. The bottom line is that they do.
In order to lose weight, many people must start with cleaning these added ingredients and chemicals out of their lives. To do this, is an absolute must for some people and very necessary for the rest. When this is accomplished one can move on to the other issues that are involved.
Sleep is the next most important ingredient to losing weight. A person has to sleep until they are ready to get up and go about their day. This varies from person to person for many reasons. So one has to pay attention to whether they are making themselves do this correctly. It is not an option to ignore this vital part of weight loss. The body must be rested, in order for the cells and organs to work correctly.
After sleep, one must have a very clean diet of as much raw food and clean well water as possible. Combined with lean high protein animal and ocean food sources to naturally reduce that never ending feeling of hunger.
When the body is free of unnatural consumptions and in the habit of the correct amounts of sleep energy levels rise. Now is the time to get plenty of physical activity so weight lose begins naturally, as the body regulates its self. After about 90 days if a person is still having problems with hunger and weight loss, they must explore the following very personal reasons.
Some physical reasons: amino acids and enzymes, sugar in the blood and diet, hormone imbalances, lack of exercise, organ malfunctions, cellular diseases, yeast infection, medications, allergies, sodium, vitamin deficiency
Some mental reasons: bipolar medications, addictions to certain foods, dislike of raw foods
Some social reasons: fast food lifestyle - buffet eating - ethnic food preparations; party hardy
Some economic reasons: lack of time to cook and prepare a healthy diet, lack of money to purchase fresh foods, lack of timely medical care
Take each step into your future with a focus of what you want to achieve and you will.
