“Women are more likely obese than men.” This statement has made most of the women crazy and nervous. In fact, survey has shown that women have the tendency to gain more weight than men due to certain factors.

Let’s take a closer look on why women get fatter easier than men.

? Most of the women gain too much of weight after getting married. Due to change of lifestyle after marriage, they tend to take supper and drink alcohol with their loved ones. ? Unhappiness in life due to specific problems has led women to comfort eating. Many women tend to enjoy eating lots of junked food especially when they are bored or when they are in bad mood. In the long run, they are obese.

? If you are affordable, sign up a weight loss program with reliable slimming center. Let the consultant assist you on your dietary program. You are able to lose your weight in a faster way.

? Losing weight at no cost can also be done. Remind yourself to go for physical exercises at least half an hour a day. It is not necessary for you to go for gym, aerobic class or yoga class, you can climb up and down the staircase at your office building or at your apartment. Isn’t it free?

? Put a reminder to yourself. Take out sweetening food from your shopping list. Work out your own healthy balanced diet and change your eating habit. Self discipline is very much required.

? Set an achievable weight loss target. Place a weighing machine in your room. Take down your weight everyday and remind yourself how many pounds you need to lose to achieve your target within certain duration.
