3 Ways to Control Your Appetite When You Are Obese - Learn How You Can Do It
Posted by admin in Prescription Obesity Drugs on July 07th, 2009
Having hunger control you is terrible. You just finished eating and you are still hungry? Never being satisfied is much more common than you think. Many of you feel desperate and need to understand why you feel the way you do. There are three ways you can control your appetite and not be controlled by the aw full feelings you have.
- 1. Eat more often. When you binge you fail to realize how much you have eaten until you are finished. This is a major mistake. Look at every morsel before you put it in your mouth and ask yourself why you are eating. Taking responsibility for what goes into your body is a full time job until you master the skills needed to be in charge of your body and not the other way around. Eat more often just means that you should constantly have food available to eat at all times. Do not run away from food, let food be a healthy part of your life. Always have an apple, banana, baby carrots and such around you. Put a cooler in you car and have one at work. Whenever you are hungry eat something different and make a habit of always having it around you. This will prevent you from running out to the convenience store to feed that terrible hunger you have. Never be hungry again.
- 2. Read every label of the food that goes into your mouth. Compare other brands and learn to appreciate what you are eating. You know salt is not good for you, read the labels to see how much sodium is in the foods naturally and you will be amazed at what you see. Have you ever bought a pair of shoes without trying them on? When was the last time you bought a dress without even thinking about how it was going to look on you? When was the last time you asked for the menu and saw what was in the food you eat? Seems to me that what goes in your body is more important than what goes on your body?
- 3.Eliminate no food product from your menu. If you like a certain food, never say never. If you enjoy a hamburger learn to feast on it and enjoy every bite when you do. Be smart and eat it for the right reason, do not eat it just because you are hungry. You need to learn to enjoy the experience.
Their are many ways you can learn to master the art of eating. If you are obese, you just need to learn how to do it. Food for thought.
