Being obese can be very lonely. Spending all your time thinking about eating is a stress that many people have trouble dealing with. When you find yourself wandering from your goals here are 4 ways you can maintain focus.

  1. Visualize yourself thin. Keep a constant picture in your mind of what you look like thin. Every time you think thin, you are. Your self image is your own and help create the image you see. You will become what you see in your mind. Find a picture of yourself and hold it close to you. Look at it before bed and make sure you look at it first thing in the morning. I thought this was stupid and maybe you do to but, never underestimate the power within you.
  2. Eat smart. Never put something in your mouth without knowing how it will affect your body. Never eat for the wrong reason. Give yourself rewards everyday. Understand that you are the master, not the food. Be smart, think smart, eat smart and you are becoming the person you really want to be.
  3. Accept help. Looking for help is easy but only if you find positive reinforcement. Find help from someone that has been there and done that. Read up as much as you can about your main worries. Do not leave any stone unturned. When someone asks you a question never avoid the truth even if it hurts. You can only get help if you learn to help yourself by telling exactly how you feel.?
  4. Become your own best friend. Be proud of you and all you stand for. Never put yourself down ever again. You are the most important person on earth. Believe in you and never let yourself down.

If you apply all of these tips to your routine you are well on your way to beat this lonely world you live in.
