The Paradox of Obesity

Ive tried other diets and only had temporary results… Yes I tried the low fat one and “the zone” but now I have just stepped out on my own independent quest. This coupled with the fact that my doctor said I was borderline diabetic and needed to start taking Metformin. It has motivated me to take better care of myself for life. My peak weight was 209 and my current weight is 158. I have kept the weight off and have not gained any back. I would like to share with you how I did it and how you can do it too!
You are probably reading this article because you are overweight. You are overweight because you are actually MALNOURISHED! This may seem like a small point in semantics but this will help you to understand why you are gaining weight. Your body is not getting the right kind of sustenance, it’s is craving more food so you eat bigger portions or eat when you are not hungry or find solace in pigging out on comfort foods. So avoid any guilt trips here and understand that your body is really doing what it thinks its supposed to do. Hence the paradox of obesity.
Your body is also yearning for you to feed it the right kind of foods and it will reward you handsomely when you do so. So this is my job to really help you to engage your brain power to figure out what your body is really yearning for deep down inside. I am not going to starve you here. But your body is going to realize that it needs less caloric input than you are giving it.
This is not an in your face expensive diet scheme to get you to do the weight yoyo and the promoter to get wealthy.
This is a common sense approach to help you stay fit and trim for the rest of your life. Interested?
