If you think that dieting is a pain in the neck, you are not alone. After years of dieting most people gain more weight than the amount they struggled so hard with to take off. Here are 3 reasons why Real People Don’t diet:
#1. Diets don’t create a habit that lasts a lifetime. Dieting means you have to deprive yourself of something you don’t want to lose in order to attain a goal that most people believe unattainable. When you finally realize that diets don’t work you need to stop dieting forever. Are you there yet?
#2. Diets don’t work because they tend to make you want to eat more by telling you to eat less. They focus so much attention on your problem that you have great difficulty focusing on the solution.
#3. Diets are a means to an end. When you diet you are continually waiting for it to end. What needs to end is dieting. Take your life back and don’t ever go on a diet again. Real people don’t diet, they live life by assuming responsibility for what they eat and never look back.
The statistics prove that there are more diet books, diet foods, diet websites, diet programs than ever before and yet, their are more obese people in the world than ever before. If you are sick and tired of hearing about dieting, stop and start learning about why real people don’t diet. You need to start making small changes to your lifestyle that you can accept before you will see results. You need to examine what you are eating everyday that is telling your brain to store food. Your mind is doing exactly what you are telling it to do. Realize that you can tell?your brain how?to get to your ideal body weight. You just need to learn how. Food for thought.
