Do you ever join diet program, do all the command, avoid the prohibited foods, etc; but still not lose any pounds? But one of your friends that join the same diet program with you can lose many pounds every week. So what’s wrong? Well, actually nothing wrong, different people, different ways, just like anything in life. And I already set the ways in losing weight that will suitable for all. Check it out:
1. The basic theory, make your body burn more calories than you eat.
You should be careful with this theory, a lot of people have a wrong idea with it. They think that with skip their meals or decrease their eat portion will reduce the calorie intake. It’s completely wrong. If you eat fewer calories, your body will not get enough energy in facing the day and you will feel sick all day.
The theory means you should increase your metabolism, so you will be able to burn more calories than you eat. The best way to do it is exercise regularly. If you don’t have time to do it, go for a walk 3 times a week. If you’re adventurous you could even jog! Don’t try to cut down your meals, its only make your metabolism work slowly.
2. Eat more frequently
Split your big meals into 4 or 5 small meal, eat it frequently each day. Well, it takes a lot of discipline to do this, but it will help you to stay full longer, and overall you will eat less. Why? Because when you eat 3 meals a day, the food intake is too sudden for your body - it doesn’t have the time it needs to absorb the nutrients, so you end up passing a lot of it straight through. Smaller meals will let you get more from your food, so you will eat less of it.
3 Another of ways in losing weight is to get a workout buddy.
For example if you have a free time, why not get a friend involved and go to the gym together each day? It doesn’t have to take hours out of your life, but an active lifestyle will certainly add years onto your life!
